Aadil
Location: Mauritius
Role: Aadil is a writer that stops in from time to time to share experiences and his views on the island life of Mauritius. When he's not busy with trying to escape the island he has been known to collaborate with cold on some animation.
Acidprime
Location: Portland, Oregon
Role: Once a Salt Lake City local, Acidprime transplanted to Portland to pursue his career. He is our resident Mac/networking specialist, and while out of state he still joins us once a year for debauchery in Las Vegas where he lends a hand with video, photography and boozing.
Bios
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Role: He's one of the original 801/Defcon crew and now Bios joins us again to assist in web design and code for the current layout.
Chris
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Role: Chris has helped organize video shoots and transportation when the rest of the crew is a bit too drunk to function, he can also be found in front of the camera - bitching about the pain he's about to inflict upon himself.
Cold
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Role: Here is a man who made his first contribution to hektik in the form of a heavy, hand crafted chunk of steel and continues to represent in the windy city with his writings. Cold also has worked on animation, primarily for the prank calls and hopefully we'll see some more.
El Jefe
Location: Denver, Colorado
Role: A well known celebrity amongst the underground scene along with being the founding father of the PLA (Phone Losers of America), El Jefe first jumped on board to help out with the old "hektik radio" show. Along with its birth, he was also instrumental in its death - which in short ended with circuits killed, people pissed and a nice little run in with the secret service. To this day he still helps with his comedic involvement in the phone terrorism department as well as partying and getting bail money arranged when issues arise in the Rockies.
Erik
Location: Newark, New Jersey
Role: Erik Verducci has been on the run since the "Secret Service" incident in 2004. Like his brother Kenny, he will vanish and then reappear every few years to cause havoc and then slip back away into the night. Recently he came out of hiding and made an appearance on Dr. Lego's radio show over on PCR.
Fox
Location: Lancaster, California
Role: Fox is one of our movie stars who brings magic to the screen with his drunken antics and his "I don't give a fuck attitude".
Gil
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Role: The man, the myth, the legend, the man that has seen your girlfriend naked - like it or not, the godfather of exposing the real nightlife to your timid little eyes... the O.G. Gil T. Hektik. Gil lends his talents via the think tank, photography, film (in front of and behind the camera) and with merchandise/marketing.
Idbeholda
Location: Athens, Ohio
Role: Idbeholda is in charge of the news, so if you have something newsworthy or just plain disturbing pass it along to him. He also contributes his own anecdotes and artwork to add to your entertainment value.
Influx
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Role: Influx has been an important part of hektik since he got on board. He has helped film and taken part on camera (he's taken a beating on film). He has also contributed his artistic talents to logos, stickers, and design work for various projects.
Joon
Location: Seattle, Washington
Role: Don't let Joon fool you, she might look cute & sweet but she's down for a bar fight. She provides photos as well as couch space when we are up in Seattle.
Katie
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Role: The girl whose smile could stop a war. Katie contributes photos, she writes when not busy with school, work and life and she's another one of our video stars.
Kenny
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Role: The founder of the site as well a big contributor. Kenny contributes with writing, photography, video, prank calls along with other various content and backend site work and administration.
Marty
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Role: Marty provides stunts on and off camera. He is our resident piercer and he is good at suturing when those minor accidents occur. He is also a great subject of film when drunk.
Muti
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Role: Muti is a big player behind the scene of hektik. He helps develop code, and administrate our vast network. He also appears on camera here and there, when available.
Serial_
Location: Logan, Utah
Role: Not only a writer for hektik, Serial_ came out swinging with the prank calls and you will be finding more of his talents available on the pranks calls page as well as a show on PCR.
Serpent
Location: Salt Lake City, Utah
Role: Guilt by association is the key word here. Serpent is responsible for video equipment, random hardware, bandwidth donations for the free web hosting, and a lot of bad ideas that make it to film when we're out drinking.
Teep
Location: Amsterdam
Role: Teep is another writer/contributor from outside of the U.S. who stops in from time to time to share his views and life from abroad.
